Why Walking Therapy?
Walking therapy takes us out of the confines of a counselling room whilst still offering a therapeutic space to explore the difficulties you are facing. Sessions are designed around you and may involve us walking for the whole session or pausing, to sit, stand and interact with the natural environment around us. We will always start and end our sessions in the same place and I will manage the route and timings. Walking sessions are slightly longer than other session types, lasting a full hour.
Walking sessions take place in Hungerford & Marlborough. You don't need to be super fit, we will tailor the level of activity to your fitness level.
Subject to your comfort, sessions take place in all (safe) weathers. We will talk more about this during our first conversation together.
